Terms of Service

1. Our agreement does not include a "non-compete" clause; therefore, you are permitted to collaborate with any other brands of your choice.

2. You retain all rights to your intellectual property, including any artwork or creations that you have developed or own.

3. Artists are allowed to engage and be hired by any other brand, as we do not apply restrictions on your other collaborations.

4. You do not possess any rights to materials produced by VT Balm, including logos, banners, or branding elements.

5. Upon entering into a partnership or affiliate agreement with us, you may withdraw from the collaboration at any time. Kindly notify us by email at vbalmcontact@gmail.com to discontinue your involvement, and we will respond promptly.

6. Our only *slight* NDA is: Once you are accepted as a PARTNER or GROUP PARTNER, you agree not to disclose any information regarding your partnership until we announce it on our official page. This policy is not intended to be restrictive; rather, it allows us the necessary time to plan and present our projects once all elements are finalized. While we will not pursue legal action for non-compliance, please be aware that failure to comply with this request may result in your removal from the project.

7. You are permitted to engage in general “vague tweeting” and creating hype or anticipation from the result of your acceptance into one of our two partner programs. However, as a brand, we prefer to maintain confidentiality until the appropriate time for disclosure on our platforms. 

8. AFFILIATES and ARTISTS may promote their links and codes after being accepted through Shopify Collabs, and after their Promo code is changed accordingly. As there are no further detailed actions we need to take.

In general, our collaborations are designed to be non-confrontational and respectful of all individuals' choices and beliefs. Should you find any aspect of our program with which you do not agree or prefer not to participate, please feel free to contact us to request your removal from the associated program linked to your account.

In the event that a partner departs from our brand while possessing a product, the associated project will be discontinued and will no longer be available for sale. All efforts and resources dedicated to the development of their product will be halted, and production will cease. Furthermore, we will not provide any replacement for the product in such circumstances.
